Chelsea Bentley serves as the welcoming face of our Sartell office and is the driving force behind our commitment to exceptional client interactions. With 13 years of experience in the financial industry and 18 years of customer service expertise, Chelsea brings a unique blend of professionalism, strategic thinking, and a passion for enhancing client satisfaction.
Managing the front desk, handling client calls, and orchestrating seamless office operations are just a few of Chelsea’s daily responsibilities. This role also involves coordinating client meetings, managing paperwork and requests for the team, and ensuring a smooth collaboration with vendors to guarantee that the team has its necessary resources.
Chelsea brings a wealth of experience to her role, having previously managed a customer service call center for a fundraising company. Prior to that, she achieved remarkable success as a Mortgage Loan Originator at Capital One 360, earning the prestigious #1 spot for monthly sales in the nation twice during her tenure.
Originally from California, Chelsea currently lives in St. Cloud with her two daughters, Aurora and Emerald. When she’s not in the office she enjoys practicing yoga, working on projects around the house and getting outdoors as much as possible with her children.
